It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 16 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 50,2%. This is a limited release and there are only 323 bottles.

“On The Rocks: On the nose you get an initial wave of fruit with sweet brown sugar and spice. Taste has an immediate moderate burn with a strong spice and brown sugar sweetness. Finish is medium with the brown sugar and spice slowly fading away. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose mild brown sugar. Taste is very smooth with a dark brown sugar flavour. Finish is short but smooth.”
