“krass holziger enmore. fast schon zu viel Holz für meinen Geschmack. viel Holz und etwas Wacholder und Früchtebrot an der nase. geschmacklich dann bitter, tannin-lastig und sehr holzig und ledrig. nach einer Weile im Mund kommt dann starker schwarzer Kaffee, sowie Rotwein, etwas Zimt und Grapefruitschale dazu. der Wacholder ist im Hintergrund mit einer leichten frische dabei und dann kommt wieder das Früchtebrot und die bitteren Töne und alles wird Recht adstringent und röstig dunkel. die 50% sind perfekt eingebunden und sehr harmonisch.”
