“I have had a short break from tasting because I felt like 2-3 days a week with tasting was a bit over the top. Back in shape again and we had a wonderful evening yesterday. This particular one is ver nice and balanced and carries the flavours of Valinch & Mallet with some of the barrel clearly represented.”
