“This one is almost up to par with its older brother and just a joy for your nose and palate. Again you'd probably need to get it at auction like me if you want it.The nose is setting off with varnosh/polish followed by spices and nuts. The sherry cask is in there too with somme mint. The palate lives up to the nose again setting off with varnish and spices. Then it goes into chocolate, nuts and minty molasses. A very complex yet balanced rum.The finish is, like its older brother, forever and besides oak boasts spices, cocoa and a hint of sherry.”

“Nose- typical Enmore profile with dozen of added molasa. Smoky, woody. Tongue- steong taste Enmore. Strict, woody, smoky, not a single gram of sugar”
