“The barrel has obviously done a great job, the bitter tones are pronounced, but not quite as exaggerated as other KFM. Love it of hate it!”

“Tasted after the Flensburg MEC. The nose is quite similar, but less drinkable, more charred aromas, burnt sugar, roasted spices behind the prune. Instead of parfumed tobacco there is dried mint and a sour note as of dry lemon peel. Also less pleasing in the mouth than the FRC and the impression of the nose is repeated. It lacks the round fruit instead there is a tart acidity in a dusty dry spicy profile. Also again the distinct licorice note of old Versailles which I do not love.It is amazing that the FRC MEC and this RA, with quite similar profiles are so far apart in my rating.Compared to FRC's KFM it is less balanced and intense. For me, on a par with the Nobilis.”

“More balanced than the KFM from Flensburg. Great, intense nose. On the palate then come nice bitter notes. Very special, but awesome! ☺️🥃”
