“Le nez est porté sur des notes terreuses-herbacées. Et on retrouve de la réglisse et de l’anis. Mais pas que, on retrouve également du raisin sec, du boisé et du cuir. Le nez est familier, mais il est complexe et intéressant. En bouche, c’est épicé et assez intense même à 43%. On retrouve du menthol et des fruits tropicaux qui adoucissent l’ensemble. La finale est chaude et plutôt sèche sur le boisé anisé. La conclusion est que ce PM est une bonne image de cet alambic, il lui manque un peu de gourmandise et est donc dédié aux amis des rhums plus secs. Il me fait un peu penser à son cousin le Blackadder 2008-2018, mais avec moins de watt.”
