“In der Nase, neben würziger Frucht, deutlich dominierend Sherry. Daher leicht schwefelig, getrocknete Aprikose, etwas Traube. Herrn säuerliches von grünem Apfel oder sich Birne. Erst Holz und Rauch kommt durch. Am Gaumen überlagert das Sherryfass leider den Guyana. Die Frucht geht etwas mehr in Richtung Kirsche. Es bleibt Muskat-Würze, etwas Holz und … Sherry. Nicht schlecht, aber sich etwas beliebig.”
