“Le nez est, bien évidemment, sur les fruits tropicaux bien mûrs. On retrouve de la fraîcheur camphrée et des notes de boîte à cire. Et aussi du tabac et des épices. Le nez est très attrayant et tout en contrôle. En bouche, c’est vif et très marqué olive/saumure. Ensuite l’ananas se fait plus remarquer. Peu de boisé malgré 20 ans de vieillissement, si ce n’est pour structurer l’ensemble. Le nez pâtissier est moins présent, c’est vraiment ce mélange olive/ananas qui est dans la place. La finale est belle et plutôt longue sur un côté plus funky et des fruits sur mûris. J’adore ce Jamaïcain”
